Routine NCC services reduced on Wednesday, 14th of October 2026 due to industrial action
Due to planned industrial action on Wednesday 14th October 2026, routine services during normal working hours will not be available in the National Coagulation Centre (NCC).
- This includes all planned out-patient clinics and planned treatments.
- Appointments previously booked for Wednesday 14th October will be rescheduled according to clinical need and people affected do not need to contact the NCC to reschedule.
Urgent care is still being provided during the working day and advice is available using the NCC out-of-hours contact details (see below).
The out-of-hours service after 5pm on Wednesday 14th October 2026 is unaffected.
