MyIndici Patient Portal

The patient portal, MyIndici, launched in Spring 2023, enables patients with bleeding disorders to access all of their healthcare records in the one place. Anyone (over 16 years of age) who is registered with the National Coagulation Centre (NCC) can use the portal. Find out more information by reading the MyIndici FAQs here.

What Does the Portal Offer?

The portal allows patients to play a more active role in their healthcare. With the portal, patients can:

  • View past and upcoming appointments
  • Access healthcare records
  • Message the centre with non-urgent queries
  • View medical letters

How can I register to use the portal?

You will be asked by your Healthcare Provider if you want access to the patient portal, you can then sign up by completing a simple access form and returning it as follows:

Via post to: Patient Portal Administrator,

National Coagulation Centre,

3rd Floor, H&H Building,
St James’s Hospital,
Dublin 8 D08A978.

Via email myindicipatientportal@stjames.ie or during a visit to your Coagulation department.

Following this there will be a verification identification check. Please see below the acceptable forms of photo ID and non-photo of ID.

Types of Photo ID:

  • Type Non Photo ID Drivers Licence
  • Birth certificate
  • Passport
  • Payslip (with home address)
