The Team at CHI are seeking the opinion of parents

Find out more.

The haemophilia comprehensive care team at CHI Crumlin have asked if we could get feedback from parents on two areas.

1. Clinic hours
At the moment the clinics run from 8am–6pm. They’re looking at possibly extending hours and are wondering what would suit families best:

  • Extending the weekday clinics to 8am–8pm, or
  • Introducing Saturday clinics instead.

It would be great to know which option parents would find more useful.

2. Best way to contact parents
They’re also reviewing how they communicate with families and would like to know the best way to get in touch with parents about appointments, updates, or clinic information.

Some possible options they mentioned include:

  • Phone calls
  • Text messages (SMS)
  • Email
  • WhatsApp
  • Letters by post

Please email your answers to Rob at robert@haemophilia.ie or WhatsApp the IHS at 089 613 4173.
