NCC IT System Outage

Notice from the NCC
This issue is now resolved.

Dear Patients,

We are currently experiencing an unplanned IT system outage affecting indici, our electronic health record system, due to an issue at our technology provider’s data centre. This is being treated as a priority issue, and their team is actively working to resolve it.

Please be assured that your care remains our top priority and all NCC emergency contact pathways are operating as usual.

We request that if you have a scheduled appointment with the NCC between Monday, December 1st to Wednesday 03rd December, please call us on (01) 416 2141 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm or email us at ncc@stjames.ie

If you have any queries about a forthcoming appointment, please do not hesitate to call us on (01) 416 2141 Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm or email us at ncc@stjames.ie.

If possible, have your NCC-issued bleeding disorders registration card or your latest letter from the NCC at hand, as the information on these might help us address your queries quickly.

We will keep this page updated as soon as we have more information.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
