Mental Health & Wellbeing

Living with haemophilia or another bleeding disorder can present unique challenges—not only physical, but emotional and psychological as well. Managing a chronic condition often means dealing with pain, hospital visits, treatment routines, and sometimes feelings of isolation or anxiety. These experiences can have a real impact on your mental health and overall wellbeing.

It’s important to recognise that mental health is just as vital as physical health. Whether you’re navigating a new diagnosis, supporting a loved one, or living with the condition day to day, taking care of your emotional wellbeing can help you feel more empowered and resilient.

There are a number of excellent resources online to help people to learn to prioritise their mental wellbeing and to deal with stress and difficulties.
