Haemophilia Gene Therapy Podcast Series

The Irish Haemophilia Society, in collaboration with the Canadian Hemophilia Society, have recently completed a series of four podcasts on haemophilia gene therapy. The series is entitled “Haemophilia Gene Therapy – From Dream to Reality”. The series focuses on FIX gene therapy as the currently licensed FVIII gene therapy is not being made available outside of the US, Germany and Italy.

First podcast: Overview of Gene Therapy

Our first podcast features Dr. David Lillicrap from Canada and outlines what haemophilia gene therapy is and how it works.
