We have been sent \’Physical Activity resources for children and adolescents with Haemophilia\’ which was kindly compiled by Paula Loughnane, Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist SMISCP @ Children’s Health Ireland (CHI) at Crumlin
It includes guidelines regarding duration and intensity of activity recommended for 0-18 years, and links to leaflets, websites, and videos which encourage physical activity.
