SUMMARY:Parent & Child Overnight Event in Lilliput Adventure Centre
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce a Parent and Child/Children Overnight Event at Lilliput Adventure Centre\, Lough Ennell\, Mullingar\, Co. Westmeath on Saturday 12th July into the morning of Sunday 13th July. We are hoping to encourage as many parents as possible to attend this adventurous weekend with their child/children. It is hoped that this event will cultivate and build long lasting friendships and enhance the personal growth of your child/children with their bleeding disorder. Lilliput Adventure Centre will provide a full programme of activities all day on Saturday including lunch\, dinner and overnight dormitory style accommodation. We will depart on Sunday after breakfast. Please find the exciting programme below. \nThe event is open to one parent with a maximum of two children with bleeding disorders. Children attending must be 6 years of age on Saturday 12th July. The cost of the event includes all activities\, lunch\, dinner and accommodation on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. The cost for an adult is €30 and the cost for a child is €20. If you would like to attend this event with your child/children\, please complete the online booking form\, which will be available to fill out here on Monday 28th April. \n  \n \n

SUMMARY:Women & Girls with Bleeding Disorders Information Day 2025
DESCRIPTION:Registration is now closed. \nWe are delighted to announce a Women & Girls with Bleeding Disorders (WGBD) Information Day in November 2025. Taking place in the Grand Hotel in Malahide Co. Dublin\, this event is aimed at both adult women and young girls (10 years of age and up). This information day will feature talks on menstruation\, paediatric care\, pregnancy and menopause\, from leading physicians in this field. We warmly invite you to attend this information day\, which we hope will help promote awareness of the needs of WGBD\, as well as serving as an educational event. \nWe are pleased to provide a Children’s/Teenagers’ club for the young girls attending the information day. Girls and young adults are very welcome to attend all the talks\, however\, if you would prefer not to have your child attend some/all of the talks\, we are delighted to give you this option. \nWhilst our WGBD information day is free of charge\, you must register to attend.
